So the plan was that I would get up at a decent hour today and get a little work done, some of that work I mentioned earlier; I was hoping that to have at least four hours before I had to go to work to finish up at least one of my mid-terms. Well, as you can guess, that didn't happen. I did wake up this morning at a decent hour, but I laid in bed day dreaming for way too long. I still could have gotten my four hours of work in, but when I opened the front door to let Chance out this is what I was greeted with (pic. right). Now I know in the picture it looks very white and pristine and pretty, but we were only suppose to get like

1-3 inches in the valley, and this is more like 8-10 inches. So at this point in the morning I was forced with a choice: do I work on my homework and let the walks and driveway sit and melt on there own (it would take days melt away) or do I shovel the walks and not worry about my homework right now. Being the procrastinator that I am, I opted to shovel the walks (of course I took a few minutes and snapped some shots for here). I thought it would be cake (I am an optimist is some cases). But two hours later I was finally finished with the drive way and that walks, and I was ready for a nap.

It was about this time my mom showed up and wanted to do lunch. So instead of taking a shower and nap, I sat with my mom and had lunch, then I took a shower, and now I am writing this post. So here it is, a quarter after 3 and I haven't done anything including my hair, and I am blaming the snow. It is my Spring Break for crying out loud. Shouldn't it be sunny and warm? Or at least sunny and semi-dry? I guess my only saving grace is I do have a my RENT trip coming up at the end of the month. I guess there is always something to look forward to. Alright I am gonna go do my hair.
