The phenomenon that is iPhone debuted today. I do not deny that the technology fascinates me, but I can't help but think that it is just a little too good to be true. First gens will always have their bugs no matter how well tested they say the technology is.
So I was out at the Gateway to see a movie (Die Hard which was a kick ass action flick), but the Apple store happens to be there as well. I couldn't believe how long the line was to get into the store. Then you saw people wandering around the mall carrying 3 or 4 of them. For christ sake, that is over 2500 dollars in merchandise. And this wasn't just one or two people, people were buying them like they belonged in your 72 hour kit. It was crazy!!!
My friend made a comment that this phone does everything but fuck...my thoughts are this better do everything and fuck...Do you realize I could buy a nice new phone, a brand new ipod and still have enough money left over to have a great night out.
