Da Ta Da Duh! My portfolio, designopolis.net, is finally up and running! It has been a struggle, for quite a few weeks now, but I am stepping away for a bit to let it soak in.If you go check it out you will notice I took the Flash approach. Which, in some respects (Actionscript 3.0), was a learn as you go process.
I did not give Flash a full test drive, nor did I really flex my personal Flash muscle. But my reasoning for using Flash was visual control. It was the easiest way to make it look the way I wanted it to look. Animation wasn't really a concern, but it might be in the future.
Anyway, please go to designopolis.net and check it out. I would appreciate the traffic.
