Has anyone ever bought a house. I haven't, and I am not (at least not any time soon), but I have known people who have. It seems to be a painstaking process. New or old, look look look til you find the one you want, qualify for it, put a bid in for it, feel bad when the bid is rejected, look look look again, bid again, win the bid, get all the paperwork taken care of, wait for the the old owners to move out, clean up so you can move in, then actually move in. My arm got tired just typing it. That's what this process is like.
I want it all done now, but there are steps, and processing times, and things I wish I didn't have to do (I wish someone else would do them), and to top it all off I am taking a break. As it was pointed out to me today, I don't have to come home from 8 hours of work just to put in 4 or 5 more on "the" website. Things aren't going to be done tomorrow, so the site can sit and marinate awhile. I am going to step back for a week and with fresh eyes hopefully php will make a little more sense to me.
And on a side note I bought plane tickets tonight. Oregon here I come...twice, before the year ends :)

this is true... breaks are so good! (as I sit down to put 5 hours in on freelance...)
