I have to share the successes with the failures and unfortunately this one was a failure. I was trying to make chocolate pasta. I had problems from the get go. The dough was too dry when I followed the recipe, so I had to tweak it. When I got ready to roll it out it had become to sticky so I had to add flour. I couldn’t get it rolled out thin enough, and since I am being honest I didn’t have a pasta roller/cutter so I was doing it by hand. In the end this is what I got. I will try again at some point, but I think I am going to invest in the proper tools before I do. Sorry, not posting the recipe for this one because it didn’t turn out.
