Coop PhotoBlog Project

Earlier this week I posted on Facebook and Google + that I wanted to start a blog project inspired by Hellonewyork Hellohamburg. I was a little vague on the details because I wasn't exactly how I wanted to structure it. It was going to depend heavily on who was going to participate with me. Well, Judy stepped up to the plate and that gave me the extra information I needed to flesh out the plan.

The idea is to see how location and life situation causes individuals to interpret and express ideas with photographs. I hope this project will go at least to the end of the year. Every month will have a theme, the idea is post photographs that we've taken that relate to the theme.

If this is something you think you might be interested in participating in contact me (however you can) and we'll set it up. I am hoping to start August 8th.

If the world were perfect this is how it would work:
  • Commitment to participate through December
  •  2 - 6 posts a month (with at least 1 being about the monthly theme)
  • Posts should have 1 - 4 photographs and limited to 250 words
  • The photos don't have to be taken recently or from your currently location, but you do need to be the person who took the picture.
  • Enhancements, filters and photo correction are acceptable - but no manipulation or design
